The Site: Welcome to Queues and Views, the blog dedicated to movie reviews/essays by Q. Le.

The Writer: I began writing about movies back in July 2008, though my interest in film spans many years before. My experience comes from observation and mentoring indirectly from proficient writers and directly from family and friends. Since I cannot dedicate myself full-time to film analysis, I’ve instead opted for selected films that provide thought-provoking themes and/or am particularly passionate to write about. Additionally, I am a contributing writer to two other websites:

Floating World – my tumblr dedicated to thoughts on film, animation, and world issues. Updated regular on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

word/game – critical writing for various mediums and topics, written by the prolific Viet Le.  I am his secondary editor and will occasionally fill in his weekly quota when he is unable to.
